  1. This is one of those features that separates Divi from other page builders out there. 🙂

  2. Next Divi Update: Elegant Themes buys Automattic. Next Divi Update after that: Elegant Themes takes over the world! Nice work guys.

  3. I just want to propose, so in the upgrade column for the username and password to be kept, to keep the secrecy. (can with asteris, etc)
and in the editable mobile view, the real results often not appropriate at design time in the visual editor.

    thank you.

  4. These look really good. What I would really love is a page for Social Advertising templates, eg, a Pinterest Ad suggests size 600 x 900. Is there anywhere now where I can construct an ad like that?

  5. I’m so excited for this update! Seriously, the documentation has been in need of an alignment with Divi for a while. Great job, EG! I now have something fun to do during Holiday Break.

  6. I agree with all the comments saying this is a wonderful thing to provide.

However, am I the only one to have clicked through the link you provide above and actually try to watch the videos on your website? I tried this and while I got a huge list of topic areas, not a single one of them was clickable, none would bring up a video. (I’m using the latest Firefox.)

It’s not so good if none of them work.

Okay, so I went over to YouTube to try to watch directly, and was confounded that all of the videos had the exact same cover image. Confusing. I selected one that looked interesting – Mega-Menus, and watched that. The intro guy said they would show us how to make them and how to style them, but the video only showed how to make them, not how to style them.

Thanks for providing these, but because of the non-availability on the ET Divi documentation page, the confusing cover images, and misleading intros, I’m afraid this release of your tutorial videos only rates a Grade C, maybe C-minus.

I’m looking forward to the fixes and upgrades. Hopefully my clients will be able to find them useful.

  7. Nice to see the new videos. However, Your “How To Use Divi Leads” page has the wrong video on it. It’s showing the video for Portability.

  8. Amazing

  9. That’s really cool.
Looks like you guys avoiding EXTRA. We also need some extra guide for EXTRA Theme.
Thanks for being helpful always 🙂

  10. Thank you so much “Divi Team” for your work…. You make a great job!!!
Much appreciated. This helps me / us a lot.

  11. Thats why I love you guys!

  12. Great timing as I’m just getting started and already addressed some questions to your helpful helpdesk! I’ll let you know how the tutorials help me as a starting webdesigner…

  13. Great job Divi team!!!

  14. Thank you to all the hard working guys at Elegant Themes. Much appreciated.

  15. Seasons Greetings from Australia !! OMG – Don’t you people ever sleep, go to bed, you sent this news out at 1:08am !!! lol

Although it’s outstanding and exceptionally exciting news, thank you so much for this crazy insane news, It’s Christmas, take a break, go see your families! We’ll still all be here after Christmas and the holiday season!

Your hard work leading up to this happy spirited season is so very much appreciated, I have no words, “still in disbelief” of all the added value and high quality things ET does for all members. It’s just unheard of and …. well as previously mentioned I can’t find words.

    xxxx

  16. Hey Nick,

Can’t you provide a One-click download option so that the entire video tutorials can be downloaded all at once?

Of course the user will need a Very Fast Internet connection – which I have so no worriers there 🙂

    Keep up the Good Work!

    • watch them on YouTube as needed 🙂

  17. Did you fix some of the tutorials? Some of the tutorial sections are different than what’s on the intro. For example the Divi Leads video. The title and intro says it’s for the Divi Leads but the tutorial is for Divi Portability. There are others also.

  18. I think the addition of the tutorial videos are great. However, when you say “Over 70 Brand New Divi Video Tutorials For You And Your Clients” do these videos come unbranded? As a small service provider, I have lost clients who discovered the simplicity of Divi and felt they could go it alone. I love the idea of using a video tutorial system but I am concerned about Divi branded videos.

  19. had a look at a few of them so far and they look great… another very useful Divi resource 🙂

  20. Hello Nick and teams at Elegant Themes,

    Thank you for the updates!

You guys are redefining the industry standard every month.

Keep up the awesome work as I look forward with a lifetime involvement.

  21. Great work Team Elegant. You guys are awesome. This helps us a lot.

  22. Awesome, love the new videos, best timing ever! lol Would it be possible to have them non branded, or be able to switch them off for clients?

    • White labeling, I don’t think so !! lol
I big ask, I think that’s asking way too much and over extending the friendship! 🙂

  23. yet another great improvement!

  24. What a fantastic Birthday Present! Even a day late (my bd was yesterday, Dec 20) I can’t wait to “unwrap my presents” from Divi! My lifetime Divi membership is one of my best investments ever.

  25. I hope there is a going to be a simple way to DISABLE this feature is needed. Not everyone will need this type of help. We already provide customised tailored video tutorial videos we create for every client. ?

  26. Thank you guys for all your work. It’s GREATLY appreciated and this is just another great example of how great Elegant Themes is.

  27. Hi,

    First of all ! W O W!

Next… bah!!! Well… My first language and my customers speaks french as first language. So we work with Divi in french. It’s perfectly OK to have the video in English. I have no problem with that. Where I have a problem is with the name of the module that once translated are hard to find.

My suggestion, instead of having all the same icon that looks like a pile of sheets on each video, would it be possible to have the same icon as used in the Divi list of modules? This would be much effective for foreign users.

Thanks a lot for everything! 🙂

  28. Wow thanks a lot. This is what we want.Make updates when new features come.i always looking for this. And you can make a great brand if you try to do tutorials about all related to website.and make all link to your products.

  29. I hope you can switch these OFF in the global options.

  30. Hi,very good jwork, it’s a very good idea this will help a lot of people . it would be nice to have an option for scaled images in the theme or the builder.thank u.

  31. Just Amazing. Thank you!

  32. Awesome! What about spanish language for videos?

  33. I am a divilover too. I have sold more than 700 courses online of Divi in spanish in my website and I have a hundreds os Divi learners and a Divi group in spanish in Facebook with more than 1400 spanish speakers and divilovers and in my Youtube chanel I have more than 55.000 views in my Divi tutorials in spanish… so I know that the spanish speakers divilovers is really big and all of us would like more information in spanish, videos, subtitles, etc. We feel a bit forgoten :/

    Thaaaaanks in advance!!

  34. Thank you! A dream come true, but then Elegant Themes team is a few steps ahead and leading the way. This will simplify having the instructional video right where the client needs it, when they need it. The ideal tech partner with you along the way. Now the client isn’t drowning in the technology, they will have confidence in the software.

Well done on the videos! The introduction by Nathan is good, and then BJ takes you through the module. I just watched The Divi Blog Module on the YouTube channel. I agree with not having comments open on these videos, not necessary.

#divirocks and so does Elegant Themes.

    • 🙂 yes stronger divi

  35. Incredible updates, great documentation, great theme! What’s not to like! Thank you and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

  36. Hopefully they will get updated as new features are change and added.

  37. The VALUE you guys provide is off the chart!!!!!!

All I can say is, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  38. You Guys Rock !! Just Perfect Timing. I am about to make tutorials for my client, and you did it for me.

    ❤ you guys & ❤ you Divi ?.

  39. [Question on Copyright & Use]

Quick question .. much like your layouts & photography, would you (Elegant Themes) allow us to download these videos and add our own intros & outros?

    Thanks in advance.

    #divirocks

    • Great Idea in theory but what about the ET Brand and reputation in the hands of the lesser experienced or non commercially minded newer user who may not shed light in the Divi brands favor….. just a thought as to why they should not allow it.
It’s a bit different for Stock photos, as it isn’t showing off the Divi and ET brand. I personally think it is unfair to ask such a thing. :)) just an opinion, that’s all.

    • +1000!

  40. Really great to have put so much effort into this.

I feel this is a bit of a missed opportunity with the branded video intros – not white-label, so great for us, not so much for our clients.

    #justsayin

Still really great – always super appreciative of all the efforts you put into content, training, layouts, ongoing dev, etc.

    #divirocks

  41. I think this is TOO much for the next release. Why did you added a HELP section to make DIVI more heavy and “bulky”. Videos can be seen on Youtube.

    • I think it is a nice feature to have them right in the help section. I think it will not be heavy to the builder, it is just a link to the youtube video. You will need an internet connection to watch them.

  42. Hi nice.

This is a great idea. Help a lot of new user to under the function of divi builder

  43. Hello great,
in the video i see the helpicon in the imagemodul but i have not see this in my Divi 3.0.92 can it be it comes in a later Update

    Uwe

    • “I am also excited to give you a sneak peek at a really cool upcoming Divi feature: The Divi Builder Helper. All of these new video tutorials will soon be integrated right inside of the Visual Builder”

Yes, it’s coming in a later update.

  44. Hi divi;
First i will Congrates to your team, it’s really awesome update till now because this function will be great helpfull for build websites

  45. The video tutorials are great news

  46. You done a great jobs falks. Just forward!

  47. Amazing, Divi sets really high standards on WordPress Themes, Companies, Community, Support and all related. Great company and really glad to be part of your community you guys are awesome!

  48. hello nick
thanks elegant specially for the team make it for these documentation i wait for the developer documentation i wish to be soon

  49. …brilliant! IMO, that was the biggest draw back for us not so brilliant designers using Divi! I much prefer video tutorials so this update is perfect for me and anyone I build a site for! Take a bow!! Cheers!

  50. Thank you so much!!

  51. Thank you! Can’t wait to delve into the new videos. I love divi!!!!

  52. Wow “70+ Video Tutorials Covering Every Divi Subject”
    Now that is impressive 🙂

I look forward to looking through the new material.

  53. Hello Nick. I am a Divi Fan, and I am using Divi for all my websites diesigns now. I just love it.
I am Venezuelan, leaving in Ecuador now, and I am 100% bilingual (English / spanish). I was thinkng that you migth be interested in producing and developing the tutorials, and material for DIVI in spanish, so you can cover all latin american and spanish speaking market. If so, feel free to contact me, and I will be more than happy to work with you guys.
    Warmest Regards and Merry Christmas…

    • Dilly Dilly!

    • Ditto!

    • That woul really be an awesome feature for all os us multi-lingual people

    • Subtitles in multiple languages would be nice.

  54. Thank you for your work !!

Please do not ignore and provider answer for the following

1.Responsive images. Will be implemented and if yes when ?
2.Number of columns and resizing as FREE siteorigin builder works

    Thank you in advance

    • Totally agree with you regarding responsive images! When is Elegant Themes going to implement SRCSET for responsive images?

All new high-end themes have this now as default. It drastically reduces image file size and ensures a better score in Google Pagespeed.

      • @david

I specifically asked not to be ignored from the official personnel and they did just that !!
I think they are good on building things but they are mediocre on how to support the product unfortunately !!!

P.S I hope to get an answer in this year 🙂

        • “I specifically asked not to be ignored from the official personnel”

Don’t you think everyone wants that on every single question they ask. It’s kind of a selfish statement.

        • @lin

I would ignore anyone with your attitude…

    • I am totally new to DIVI and am currently going through the frustrations of customization and it’s “a whole new life experience”.
Hoping that these promising tuts would provide answers to my nightmares; one of them being ***Full width mobile menu that slides in from the left

Thank you so much for revolutionizing web design. It was long overdue!

      ..
But finally, you should make it easy for people who are logged in to view stuff. It is still confusing when I am asked to “register to view” whereas I have a lifetime license and am logged in.

      • I had the exact same concern and was told by support that they do this to keep traffic numbers up 🙁

      • I’m with you, Ulonka! Same here!

        • Ditto. Been frustrated with that for a couple years now. It always behaves like I logged out when I jump to a different section of the site.

That said, LOVE your work. Keep it up.

        • What’s confusing me still is that once I log in I lose the page I was just on, for example the tutorial page here.

    • Columns update is coming. I do not know when though.
