  1. I recommend Zoho to all my clients because it is low cost, exceptionally easy to set up and maintain and most importantly it has a simple plugin for SMTP that is bullet proof! All other mail integrations cost money or are not robust.

    I did not know Proton Mail, but it seems a very interesting option for small business. I’ll give a try.

    • I would always recommend trying Zoho as they have a free SMTP plugin that is easy to set up. I manage 100+ WP installs and Zoho never lets me down. Gsuite and Microsoft always goves me headaches!

    • I’m personally a big fan of Protonmail. I have only ever used their free services, but from what I’ve seen, it’s rock solid. 🙂
