  1. No mention of Teams in Office 365???

    Leaving out the best option for the subject of the article you’re writing is a huge fail, Teams has rolled out so much integration and connectivity both internally or externally between organizations and small businesses, that at this point there’s no competition.

    Don’t agree? I’ll jump on a remote meeting with anybody to debate the argument, as long as I can record the session for my user training/onboarding/marketing purposes.

    • Yes. We work with small-medium biz and non-profits that have staff that have been using Office desktop including Outlook, Word & Excel for years. They do not have time, funding nor staff to put all the pieces together and retrain users on all these disparate pieces.

      And, as you point out, MS now offers integration with many 3rd party products as well as the ability to run their stuff on virtually all platforms including “native” apps for iOS, Android & Mac — as well as browser-based options.

      All integrated with traditional Office applications (Word, Excel …).

      And, yes, I am sure there will be multiple MS bashers but putting together all of the pieces from Google, Evernote, Slack … takes a whole lot more work and user training.
