Key Features

The Real Estate Layout pack would be an awesome fit for real estate companies and agents using Divi-compatible Real Estate plugins. The color scheme works with a light background to make images stand out. The header on the homepage has a unique design with dual CTAs which should help boost conversions. The Team page is also a nice addition since listing real estate agents is a must for any agency. Enjoy!

No Licensing Restrictions

The photos included with these layouts have no licensing restrictions. This means you can use them in all of your commercial projects without having to worry about paying licensing fees or attributing the photographer. Use them in your commercial websites, sell them within your Divi child themes, include them in your own Divi layout packs, or just use them on your blog. We know how challenging it can be to find good photos and how confusing and scary the licensing that governs those photos can be. We want to fix that problem for our users.

We hope you enjoy this layout pack. And to help ensure that you do, we’ll be doing a live stream on our Facebook page this Tuesday at 3 pm EST to walk through how to create, manage, and showcase property listings on your site using this new Divi layout pack.

  1. Does this have not a product page? Sorrows T.T

  2. All the themes are perfect and almost I love all the themes. But it must be easy accessible of implementable to access the theme so need to make a perfect plan to sell these theme. Even though communication module is very strong in it, agent and buyer can communicate easily by threw the themes.

  3. Is there a way to download this layout? The pre made layouts will not install for me.

  4. I uploaded this layout on my site, and it won’t move past the hero image with the CTA on it … tried it on two different browsers and still nothing.

  5. Been waiting for this layout pack and great to see its finally here. Just can’t undestand why there is no page showing an actual listing though? That should be the number 1 page that would be 100% necessary for a real estate website.

    • I completely agree with Mark – There is no page that displays an actual listing

  6. Simple and clean layout. Thanks!

  7. Great design! I use on my website. Thx

  8. I like this layout. A general comment regarding these layouts (and yeah, I know they’re being given for free)… but I think it would be useful if there was a readme file that documented the size of pics used in the layout. Either that or a pdf of the full layout and adding the pixel size eg: (1200×640) in the corner each of the template pictures so we can use those dimensions as hard and fast starting point to being to insert and play around with our own ideas on the template.

      • Thanks for that, I’ll have to make notes. The thing with real estate listings is that many MLS boards produce their own sizes for photos. Optimally, the sizes would be uniform across all boards but they’re not. When those photos get imported by a 3rd party outside source things can go hinky. Still think it would be nice to have some hard and fast guidelines of what the author of the template used to create the intended look of the photos in the page. For example on this template: the suggested 600px x Y photo size doesn’t follow the guide resource. 600 x (338px or 400px) The photos for this layout measure out at 600 x 460px.

  9. Thank you very much, for this beautiful design, from it you can implement some complement to make it more complete, but in general terms it is very good, it is just what we were asking about the designs, they listened to their clients and that speaks well of you, well ET

  10. Nice design, but as per usual the header area is a huge let down – please release some sort of header builder soon!

  11. Is it free just for today? You always come up with good free give away. Thanks.

    Regards,
    Sara

  12. Still looking for outside the box creative design layouts. Something that doesn’t look like many previous layouts. Hope to see a layout that excites me again.

  13. Praise the Lord!! Thank you this is a lovely layout. It would be really useful as a Platform, for multiple agents to upload listings, like a classifieds or Directory scenario. Agents in my Country are mostly franchised entities with Data feeds. This layout would be lovely for something different like Rentals or Private sales (owner to owner) where individuals or multiple agents could upload their single listing. Are you aware of any plugins that add this type of functionality?

  14. This is really beautiful. I can see some people are disappointed that there isn’t an included custom post / single post type for the listings but this is a great foundation to start with. Personally, I’d jump on this as the basic of my static pages and use a database driven plugin like Toolset to create the kind of listing / CPT you need.

It’s a wonderful free resource to build on. You could take this to any developer and ask them to implement a listings directory.

These layouts are as much about inspiration, rather than giving us perfect implementation for every industry.

I love to check out whatever aesthetically pleasing layouts Kenny has to offer. Nicely done, guys.

  15. Great layout pack. Looking forward to the Live Stream on Tuesday.

  16. Beautiful layout pack. Great work, great design. Thanks to Elegant Themes for your awesome design team.
Any layout pack for school, high scholl or construction site?. Thanks again for all beautiful layout pack.

  17. Hi, this is really nice. Do you have any examples of single listings pages that you can share too? Thanks.

  18. Nice design!

  19. What’s all these sneaky redirects on ET Blogs lately? It’s really frustrating and – to be honest – rather malicious looking.

    • Which redirects are you referring to? The only redirects we do are when outdated content is updated with a new post. All of the links in this post simply go to demo pages.

  20. What kind of plugins would you use to import & showcase real estate listings with this layout? Would it be safe to imagine we could use a service via IDX?

Any insights or feedback is greatly appreciated!

    • I have tried several IDX services. So far I like ShowcaseIDX the best. I like the simplicity of the admin back end, and the integration with Divi. It is responsive too.

I have tried iHomefinder, brokerIDX… but they were not as easy to integrate.

  21. Really awesome layout. Do you guys have a recommendation on plugin to search listing in Canada?

  22. Divi. No wonder, Divi is the Ultimate WordPress Theme. Great & Beautiful designs that stands out to be the Number 1 theme of all.

  23. looks really nice! I was wondering if the property listings are a custom post or simply a blog post with some custom fields or what? What is feeding your listing page?

    • Nothing. If you inspect the code you can see an image module, a button module, and various text modules.

  24. another awesomeness!! Thank you 🙂

  25. This template is non compliant to real estate rules and regs. Not to mention it does not have ways to implement idx.

    • There are so many MLS board rules both in the US and Canada that it would be impossible to foresee all of them. I’m willing to play with it to make it compliant for the board I belong to. Now… if I can get some info from the Canuck version of realtypress…. 🙂

  26. Cool

  27. Thank you for making all these possible! May I ask though what real estate plugin did you used for this demo sites?

    Again thanks!

    • The did not use one. IDX the website is non complaint to real estate laws

  28. Always love that you guys invest in the eco-system, and finding tools to make agency web building easier. This is nice, clean, and a great value addition! Thanks DIVI!

  29. Couldn’t you guys include a listing detail page template?

    • In most cases the listing detail pages are determined by a Data feed.

In the US it’s called IDX (Internal Data Exchange) and In Canada a DDF (Data Distribution Facility) provided by CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association). Both of these feed a WP plugin or something similar like SOLD PRESS or REALTY PRESS which I think are Canadian. If you are a real estate agent and you want to have your MLS listings seen on your website or you want to be able to search for MLS listings one of the these is required.

      • Have to step in the clarify a few things–IDX stands for Internet Data Exchange, and it is available in Canada as well. DDF is Canadian, but it is different than IDX. I would advise against using DDF, since it actually pulls data (listings) for the whole country into a website and can significally impact load (most real estate agents focus on a local market, not nationwide). The best IDX plugin i have tested is iHomefinder.

      • The DDF (Canadian feed) can be frustrating to deal with and has configuration limitations that the US feed IDX doesn’t have. I own a copy of the SoldPress plugin but it hasn’t been updated in eons. The guy from SP was good to work with and helped with making a few new shortcodes for me. That said, I would love to get a chance to play with the Canadian version of the RealtyPress plugin and see how easy/hard it is to configure different layouts to a decent single listing page or listing grid based on search criteria (Eg: Farms, Townhomes, Waterfront Homes etc.) The realtypress.ca website doesn’t show exactly what can be down with the plug in – I’ll send email and see where that goes.

    • I second this request

  30. nice layout! keep em coming!

  31. where is the download for the installable files into the divi theme?

  32. where is the down for installing into my DIVI theme?

  33. I love all these themes, PLEASE add them into DIVI or the in the membership area for easy access.

    • Every layout pack we release is available to you within the Divi builder. Simply check your Divi Library 🙂

  34. Is there a single listing page demo?

    • I don’t like to look a gift horse in the mouth, but . . .
This layout shows a lack of understanding about what is really needed in a Real Estate Page from both the seller and the user. The IDX and MLS, for example, the home page that talks about the the real estate company and the lack of a single listing page for the homes. Not to mention some sort of search mechanism for location, price, etc.

Design wise, it looks much like anything else we see here. Good but “of a piece.”

I’m not opposed to you all creating layouts. But this one doesn’t speak well of ET.

      Sorry, but true.

      • I Agree U_U

  35. Would love to see a medical layout. Most that I find are pretty poor in quality.

  36. No offense to the designers, but this layout demonstrates a TON of Divi shortcomings. Take a close look at how these sections, listings, profiles, etc are put together.

For example, the team section: blurb, text, buttons, social follow modules…all items that are available in the person module, but since the module has such limited function the designer had to resort to using multiple modules. The person module has no Instagram, no layout variations, no place for links, etc.

And imagine the awful scene if that search bar actually was set up and brought up the default search results page…yikes!

I assume tomorrow there will be a tutorial about MLS integration, but the listings here are kind of pointless, correct?

I love Divi and the direction it is going and I use it every day. But I have to cringe at what a layout pack like this demonstrates to us. I hope the designers of these layouts are equipped with a direct line of feature requests to the development team.

    • hey nelson,

i will be having an idx/mls tutorial soon, elegant themes does have other themes besides divi that will work with mls

      • ooooooh goooody!!! thank you!!

      • Thanks Darrel, looking forward:-)

      • A tutorial like that sounds really valuable! Will look for it!

    • I find the Theme Customizer and WooCommerce support to have the most shortcomings.

    • Dito

    • I agree with your comments, but I looked at it a bit differently. The Listings are only the agent’s listings, so the agent will need to keep the website updated. Some agents will hate to do this, while others will simply accept it as part of keeping their page up-to-date. I especially agree with your comment about about Search results. I would like to see something within Divi that lets us design the search results page. I did find something in Div Soup that might be an alternative, but I have not researched it further.
