How To Integrate Gravity Forms With Divi Using The Divi Gravity Forms Extension

Enhanced Divi integration for Caldera Forms is available via the Divi Gravity Forms plugin. This is a commercial Divi extension created by WP Tools. The plugin comes with a custom Divi Gravity Forms module that allows you to embed a form and design all the form’s elements using hundreds of Divi design options.

1. Purchase and install the Divi Gravity Forms plugin.
2. Purchase and install the Gravity Forms plugin.
3. Create a form using the Gravity Forms plugin.
4. In Divi’s visual builder, add the Divi Gravity Forms module. This module will appear in the Add Module modal after you have installed Divi Gravity Forms.
5. Select the Form ID of the form you want to embed from the dropdown list.
6. Customize the module/form using the available content and design settings.
