Do I need an active Elegant Themes membership to buy items on the Marketplace?

Yes, an active Elegant Themes membership is required to purchase products on the Divi Marketplace. If you are new to Divi, you can sign up here. If your account has expired, you can log in to renew.

How do I log in to the Marketplace?

When you log into your Elegant Themes account, you are also logged in to your Marketplace account. They are one in the same. If you have an active Elegant Themes account, you can log in here or you can access your Marketplace Customer Dashboard directly. Within your Customer Dashboard, you can download products you have purchased as well as view your billing history.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

What is the refund policy for Marketplace purchases?

We offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy. If you are not happy with a product you purchased, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Once your payment has been refunded, it can take up to a week to be reflected on your banking balance. After 30 days, purchases are no longer eligible for refunds.

How do I get support for Marketplace products?

Products in the Divi Marketplace are created and maintained by third party developers. Products in the marketplace are not created or supported by Elegant Themes, but instead are supported by the authors that develop them. We require all authors to maintain an adequate level of support and an adequate average product rating to participate in the Marketplace. To contact a seller and get help regarding your product purchase, simply open a new support ticket by clicking the Support tab on the product page. Sellers typically respond within 24-48 hours.

How do I download the products I purchased?

After you have purchased a product, it will become available for download inside your Marketplace Customer Dashboard. Simply log in and you will be presented with a list of every product you have purchased. Below each product item is a download button. As new version of each product are released, you will be notified via email and you can return to your Customer Dashboard to download the latest versions.

How do I install and activate marketplace products on my website?

Within the Divi Marketplace are three different types of products: Divi Extensions, Divi Child Themes and Divi Layouts. Each are installed using a different method. There may also be special setup instructions provided to you by the product developer. For full product documentation and installation instructions, please refer to the Documentation tab that is available on each product page. If you have any questions, please use the Support tab on the product page to contact the seller and receive assistance.

How do I update products when new versions are released?

Whenever a new version of a product is available, you will be notified via email. You can then log in to your Marketplace Customer Dashboard to download the latest version. The previous version of the product can be deleted from your website, and the new version can be uploaded. Some products may also offer automatic updates, in which case you will receive product update notifications in your WordPress Dashboard. Updates are validated using your Username and API Key, so be sure to add these credentials to the Divi > Theme Options > Updates tab on your website.

How does product licensing work for Marketplace products?

All products sold on the Divi Marketplace are licensed under the GPL. When you purchase a product, you can use the product on as many websites as you like. You receive a license to receive download access, product updates and support for 1 year. After your subscription expires, you will need to renew your license to continue to receive product updates, download access and support from the seller.
