Eduard Ungureanu impressed me as he persevered over a period of time until my query was completely addressed. Often people in tech support (a job I had at a major computer company many moons ago) brush customers off. I actually trained our engineers; our motto was to the effect that the job was not done until both the technical problem and the customer were fixed. Eduard Ungureanu solved my problem and also left me very happy. He is the kind of person I want on my team. He makes me feel that I've got a first class tech support team behind me as I dabble in Wordpress.
