My site was totally broken and I was unable to get access to it in order to make any changes at all. One of the ET staff gave me guidance that was beyond my capabilities and told me he could help no further - in other words I was on my own.
That was when Cristi intervened and offered to make the changes for me. This was above and beyond the call of duty and I just want to express my personal thanks and gratitude to him for his assistance.
