I have to say the Elegant Themes support site is the best I've ever used.

First, I have personally answered 95% of my questions by simply searching and learning from the requests of others.

Second, on the rare occasion that I can't find a previous answer to solve my dilemma, I have opened a new ticket. The response was quick (within minutes) and effective!

What more could anyone ask for?
