Hi, I've just closed a support ticket which lasted for more than a week.
They been very helpful, without them I would have wasted alot of time without being able to do it by myself, so for me, it's very important.
I always try to solve things and figure by myself, but when "complicated" code is needed, the only way to solve it is via support.
I will probably need them again in the near future, and it's very good to know that if you can't solve something by yourself, instead of just frustrating you can SOMETIMES get it done thanks to their support!
edited: after waiting a couple days for tech support after they broke divi builder, sorry.
