In one of 3 "identical" sites except language, a series of problems suddenly occurred such as primary navigation bar that disappeared on mobile, conflict with divi booster etc.
Thanks to support this was solved simply and elegantly : a script tag that was not closed.
Without support this would have been a nightmare for me.
