Elegant Themes creates some nice themes - and that's obvious when you look at the demos. What you don't really see is the options panel and all the control that gives you.
I discovered just how spoiled I was when I was asked to used a theme from another designer to set up a website. My only option was to change the color of the menu. No support. No documentation to describe how to add something shown in the demo that doesn't show up by default.
And all these themes for one price. When I signed up initially, I thought I'd download all the themes (for safe keeping) and when my year was up, I would be done. I now plan on renewing - not only for the new themes and updates, but for the support to tweak little things too.
