I tried to upgrade to a newer Theme and didn't do to well! (My fault) - But Elegant Theme Support got onto it and sorted it out for me at super fast speed.

As a consequence, my site is back up and working, without any loss of data - perfect.

Also I'm glad that they didn't make me feel like an idiot!

I appreciate all of that.
