I've been searching... so long for a decent placeholder theme. "Anticipate" from Elegant theme is by far the actual best on the market. Oh wait! It's not a theme, it's a PLUGIN!!! How brillant is this? While you're working on your real site in your admin panel and slowly incorporating contents, the visitors only gets the nice looking ultra flexible underconstruction page. When you're done, just desactivate the plug-in and your new site is already here. Awesome. Just awesome. Thank you.
