After a shaky start with Elegant Themes I am starting to get the hang of them, and for SURE it is loads to do with the amazing support staff. I am writing this as a standalone testimonial, since I totally agree with what the first post I am replying to said! Your support staff have been super fast, super helpful and nothing has been too much trouble for them.
It's brilliant. I figured out if you ask one thing per post then you get the best response LOL so I break more complex things down and normally get them figured out within the day. Your sites look amazing too, I would never be able to get the same quality feel without you guys. Brilliant. Super happy customer here. I have loads of sites to build so I am SO HAPPY that you have so many different themes, I have NEVER not found at least 2 themes suitable to each particular thing I want.
