I have been involved with numerous other help forums relating to web design and development and so far Elegant Themes has stood out from the crowd. The moderators will most often respond within hours and have not let me down yet. As a newbie to css, they have really helped me with styling my themes without any attitude whatsoever. I believe service and support are crucial when it comes to online business and Elegant Themes are at the top of their game.
