I submitted a ticket today and it was responded to and completed all in the same afternoon.
I was at my computer each time I received an email notification that my ticket was updated, so I as available to respond to Faisal H in support with more info/test results. And he was quick to reply to my additional responses to the support ticket.
Faisal H in support provided the exact CSS code that was needed to enable my customers Contact form to display correctly on the web page.
Elegant Themes and personnel like Faisal H are what every support team should follow.
