Some say I am the best customer/client and other wont have me because I am not what you call easy.
Definitely I am honest and forgetful.
Aint the fastest support sometimes when getting 1 answer a day if not working same timezones. you know. I could answer 1 minute after getting response and i sit updating for 5-6 hours and thinking.. hmm. ah he sleeping. going out for refreshments going back. got the answer. but hey. even it took 5 days.
The ticket got solved.
And i got solved 10 more issues than the first one i asked. (not easy cusomter)
I do appreciate the good service by keep helping me in the same ticket with new upcomming problems like we had a little email chat.

1 thing you could add for your support was a api to your live-chat, or make is possible to have a guest room /chat online link combined for each ticket. as of meaning. i could somehow see if Faycal came online and had time for help me. then he could send my a livechat. instead of me forgetting to update the page in here and then we wait 24 hours for each others answers all the time.
or something like it. implememt your sales chat with support users. as i get notifications per email. i dont get anything with the ticket. and dont seem like i can enable it ?
