OH WOW!
I just want to say that Karen B just solved my problem and all I had to do was provide him a token.
He didn't just fix my problem, he provided a video of HOW HE FIXED my problem so I can see how to apply the effect to other areas of my site. This is the sort of support I truly appreciate because I learned something and I won't have to enter multiple support questions in the future thanks to the extra bit of time Karen B. added to my ticket.
I can't believe how helpful the "how-to" video is.
