Well I made a mistake!
I blamed an ET plugin for an error that I thought I had checked several times, however, not only did Marius, find "MY" error and explain what the issue really was, he also went the extra mile and explained in great detail how to fix it, therefore I was able to fix it easily and fast. ET Support from Marius was an exceptionally fast response time which was totally unexpected and also appreciated.
