Multiple issues that needed fixing popped up over the course of making my website. Elegant theme support is great, and they offer help without making me feel like an idiot. They understand some people like myself are completely newbies when it comes to coding, so they offer snippets of coding to copy+paste and other suggestions to make things go the way they are supposed to go!

Yes true, i used this support few times, and very greta and patient It's rarely in this time to have a great support like this.
