Usually when I contact a tech support team, I'm treated like an idiot. I am not an idiot. I have a lot of experience troubleshooting tech issues and I only reach out with a genuine problem. Well, I reached out to the ET team for help with a plugin and, as it turns out, I was an idiot. It was a user error issue not a software issue. However, the ET support team member did not treat me like an idiot. I received professional interaction and help with MY problem. How refreshing! Thank you Ken.
