I have consistently found ET technical support to be extremely helpful.
Quick response. For an email-based ticket system, it has exceeded many other vendors' "live" support channels.
No attitudes. I am always treated respectfully (even when some of my questions might seem well below the capabilities of these folks!).
Thanks to all who have helped me grow, learn and maximize my ET investment. ET remains one of the best technology investments I have made.
