This has to be the best support team I've experienced. They often help correct user errors with code and instruct on Wordpress (and even WooCommerce) - that really is outside the functionality of the theme itself.

Sometimes a newbie tries and doesn't get it quite right, but others step in to help. Almost always a good resolution to the problem.
