When I first started with Elegant Themes, answers from the forum were an overnight process. I really thought you were based in North Africa, or something.

Then I saw your address in San Francisco. do you have people working 24/7 for those developers on the other side of the globe?

This week and especially today, I feel like you are working out of the San Francisco office in the day time.

We are from all over the world though the office is located in San Francisco.
For example, I'm from Romania and working from here as well.
There should be at least 2 moderators online at any given time.
