I just wanted to say that my first year of subscriptions to Elegant Themes is coming to a close and I feel I will definitely be subscribing for another year.
Not only are the themes you design outstanding, but they are kept current. When I see trends appearing on other sites I'm always confident that Elegant Themes will have a product that matches or improves upon that design.
Support has been exceptional. I've never gone more than a few hours without getting my query answered accurately. Most of my queries have been answered in less than an hour which is staggering.
I can't fathom how it is possible to offer so many themes, with 24/7/365 support for such a low yearly cost. I'm extremely impressed.
