I've been a member of ET for almost a year now. Since day 1 , I've been loving the themes. It's a great value.
But the most important thing is the Support. The forum support is amazing here.
After I picked a theme for a project, I recieved around 15 answers within 24 hours about customization. Most of the questions I posted were because of my lack of CSS skills, not any particular problems within the theme. Still, the support guys were extremely patient and they taught me everything step by step.
Keep up the good work guys! You're amazing.
