Just to let you know how much I (and the rest of the members) appreciate your support.
It is a top notch support.
I had another membership with another theme company and their support is absolutely dreadful.
At least 2 days before they get back to you then the response will be the same response as the other support members reply.
Have a look at the last email I sent to them:

How could it be that there are too many connections for my IP/Account when I can't even download one as it kept on showing me the message that I exceeded the 60 download for the day????????????
As I have said so many times now in my email that I CANNOT EVEN DOWNLOAD ONE TEMPLATE BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE and every time someone reply to me all the same replies , just reading what's on their screen and don't even bother thinking of how to help their customer.
By the way, thank you for making me decide NOT TO renew my subscription with all this kind of support.

No, I didn't renew it anymore and they kept sending me renewal notice...my subscription ended 2 months ago...
For 3 or 4 days, I couldn't download a single template.
But Elegant Themes Support...just like Will Smith said in MIB..."The Best of the Best"....
Keep it up guys...
