Faycal resolved issues with my site. He found the errors (one of which had been missed by previous support agents for months) and let me know exactly what the problem was. He was friendly and polite throughout and not irritated by my inexperience as I am not a designer or developer, just someone learning.
Elegant Themes support is usually excellent but today Faycal has gone beyond even that.
I'm glad I paid for a lifetime of this!
