I asked for help solving an issue with positioning a third-party plug-in. They spent a great effort giving me tips and ideas on how to solve it and even tried made some custom edits to the theme code. Unfortunately the plug-ins limited functionality stopped us (I felt we were working as a team) from solving my issue, but the help and support I had in the process was better than I've ever experienced after many years in the business.
