Four words describing Elegant Themes support: Knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and patient. What else can one want? Maybe even faster responses, using chat?

Well, immediate chat responses would even be nicer, definitely. But it would not always be better: almost half the time I delete new tickets again since I continue researching and thinking - just to realize that the issue is not with the themes but is located between my chair and my keyboard.
