I just became a customer less than a week ago.
Had some changes I needed to make with a theme. SNEH was super helpful and helped me resolve the issue.
I am really impressed with elegant themes thus far. The themes are great, the plugins are wicked. Most importantly though, I am very impressed with the support.
I used to purchase single themes from other networks and have spent way more than I have had the elegant themes yearly membership fee and none of those came with support. Elegant theme not only has a support system, but they are real quick at helping out.
