I purchased the lifetime subscription, and so was sort of expecting exceptional support; I was not disappointed.
I had an unusual problem that required some custom code be entered into my functions.php file. ET support responded quickly (within a day) with exactly the right code and no extraneous dreck.
It fixed my issue perfectly.
I have made a suggestion that they include this fix in a future upgrade of the Divi Gallery Module. We will see what happens with that.
