I was initially a tad anxious over asking for support because I know from experience that support people aren't an instant messaging team - and I was in a hurry! lol
The help I have received has been fantastic. (Thank you Eduard and others) My problems have been fully resolved. The support was prompt and I didn't feel that I was annoying (bearing in mind I wrote massively longwinded explanations of my problems).

Divi. What a pleasure it is to return to Wordpress and find it has moved from a fairly restricted platform (basically for glorified blogs) to a framework that offers potential for full website design. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
