Title says it all! Vlad responded almost immediately. Not that ET has ever been slow to respond, but this was lightning fast, especially for a saturday night/ sunday morning at 1am.
His initial response didn't solve the problem, so I asked a quick question. He responded immediately with the right answer and he had the problem solved handily inside of 30 minutes from the time I opened the ticked.
