NO other WP themes company have this kind of support. Not long ago, I needed to modify a template, so, decided to contact their support. My surprise was big. I was shocked. In order to upgrade a template for WP 3.5.1, they wanted to charge me $320!!. Bl00 Monsterz!!
Here at Elegant Themes, a few days ago, I wanted to revamp Tidal Force. Karen offered his help. He was very professional and a very kind person. After 2 days, I finally had my own version of Tidal Force. It couldn't be any better.Karen, I really appreciate your patience, time and professionalism.
