As a new user of any service or tech, one is bound to find roadblocks that hinder you from the goal you'd like to obtain. It is here where the support really makes the difference in keeping or not the customer.
Having read through the forum, and having received support with a few issues myself, I can't help but notice the professionalism and tact of the Elegant Themes support crew in dealing with the frustrations and challenges of the user.
