I submitted a ticket that contained a lot of custom code, occasionally these requests for support are denied as they are outside scope - which is perfectly reasonable...
But Priyanka took the time to go through my code for me and discover the error that I had missed. She also made excellent suggestions on how I could tidy up my code and avoid problems or conflicts in the future.
This level of support is amazing and I am very grateful to all the team at Elegant Themes for what they provide to us on the front lines..
