I've recently returned to web design and have LOTS of gaps in my knowledge. I have asked a number of questions over the past few weeks, and without exception, the ET tech support folks are quick, informative, and spot-on with their help. If the themes themselves weren't a great value, the tech support would more than justify the ET rates. Great products & service, all the way around.
