I'm afraid it took a while to land on a terrific tech support guy - and I need a lot of help! - but Alexandru knows what he's talking about. He has helped me immensely. His use of the English language is excellent and he doesn't waste time being overly polite, like a lot of tech support people in foreign countries are apparently trained to do. (I have actually had to stop CHAT SUPPORTERS on other sites from constantly inserting my name into every sentence and thanking me for every little comment I make. I know they're trained to do that, but for Americans, it's just plain annoying. ET's techies don't do that, thankfully.) Plus, I love seeing his friendly smile in the cameo picture. BRAVO!
Once you become accustomed to the time zone difference, it's easy to adjust your own timing and expectations of when you'll get an answer to your ticket. Alexandru always answers me in a timely fashion, during his own work hours.
