I would like to thank Karen B for all of the great support he has provided here at Elegant Themes. Whenever he has helped me with my tickets the responses are quick and detailed, and it is very clear that he is an expert. He knows how to communicate many specific idiosyncrasies of Elegant Themes products, and CSS styling. He is also patient and willing to inform, not just solve the ticket and move on (something which I have not actually seen anyone at the support forums here at Elegant Themes do) and any time I see Karen working on my ticket I feel confident that it will not only be solved efficiently and timely but I will learn something new and interesting about web design.
