Overall, I have had excellent support from Elegant Themes. You really have a great team.
In my most recent experience, there was a serious of steps to get to the real problem. Olga patiently guided me through the steps providing screen shots with relevant areas indicated.
Not only did she help me resolve the particular issue, she showed me steps to take in an updated, extremely powerful version of the theme with options and capabilities I was not aware of. In other words, she taught me how to find my way through the editing process so that I might need less support in the future.
