I always do my best to not raise tickets and ask questions but I was going round in circles just trying to get the post excerpt length globally controlled.

Also, the builder, sheer quantity and quality of themes, elements and functionality is awesome. Along with the blog and other resources posted on the site it represents exceptional value for money and I would recommend it to anyone whether you just want to make 1 website or many, it's worth every penny.
