I had previously panicked and, as the link was there, I sent a PM to a support guy, without posting to the forum first. He replied very quickly, although only to ask me to post in the forum, which he was totally right about because of the filtered options regarding support for particular themes etc, so he could help understand the problem more precisely.
As I was writing the post to the forum I started to realise potential solutions and after some keyword searching, I found what I was looking for.
The support for the theme by other developers is so vast, you'd be hard pushed not to find a solution to most problems both here on the support forum or out there generally.
