I've been with Elegant Themes for three years now and I'll never, ever use anyone else.
The products are superior (especially Divi) and infinitely flexible. The improvements are continuous and what started as an amazing product just keeps getting better.
The price is pretty much unbelievable for what you get – and that's before you factor in the customer service.
Honestly, you guys own customer service like you invented it. Your support staff always go above and beyond, and I've never had a ticket get ignored or remain unsolved (even when it's assistance for customisation).
I have practically no coding experience or skills, but with the help of Elegant Themes I've been able to produce some heavily customised sites. Your company – and each one of your staff members – is a godsend.
This review will probably sound fake because no-one's ever that thrilled with a company's product and/or service. But you truly are that good. I can't recommend you enough (and I do a lot of it already)!
PS - Big shout-out to Andrei who helped me again today. This is about the third time he's saved me from a massive headache. The guy's a superstar.
