I've been using Elegant Themes for a few years now, and I really could not be happier. An excellent variety of themes, really fast and great support, the Elegant Theme's Crew are really top-notch. It's fairly easy to customize the themes by yourself, so that you have a unique website, and anything you can't work out there is either already a support forum thread, or the support staff jump quickly in to help.
I'm am really impressed my the responsive themes. I can't believe how good my website looks on a cell phone.
