Even though my site is a newly created site, the website itself looks very clean and professional. It does not look like some generic site that many people have.
The customer support is excellent! They are very patient as to referring the person to go to the Read Me section first. Which I am sure they get tons of people not reading the Read Me first until after the fact.
I give you a two thumbs up. Now I will be even more happier if they can resolve an issue with one of the templates. Other than that, I am supremely happy.
