Getting going in Divi was very difficult for me, and some of my early questions went unanswered. But I eventually figured things out for myself, and the responses to my current queries are timely and apt. I love this product, and the support is excellent. The new features are great too, and I always look forward to the weekly layouts. I start every site with a layout from ElegantThemes, and then develop my own theme based on my customisations. Sometimes you don't recognise the layout by the time I'm done.
