I had a customer who hadn't updated their website for 2 years. They called me in and their site was on Divi. I tried to update it, and it WOULDN'T WORK. It kept throwing an indecipherable (to me) error.
Thankfully, the Divi support team was on the ball and on hand, and they stayed right with me through several back-and-forth postings until we got all the issues resolved.
