Elegant themes support has been great. They have a lot of patience and are extremely helpful and professional. Very different from other supports I have known.
This makes a world of difference, because having just a good product wouldn´t be enought.
I want to thank to Anjali as she not only solved my problem as she has also send me a small video on how to do it. I understand this may not always be possible to do, but when it is it makes such a huge difference in my experience using elegant themes. Now I understand what was wrong and I know how to do it myself
